"Cari DeCandia, in my eyes went above and beyond when it cam to helping me and getting me a home loan. I had spoken to other company and all of them just gave me reasons why they could not help me or a big list of things I needed to do before they could help me. Even the company I had my home loan with gave me to run around. I had an idea my refinance would not be easy, but I did not need people telling me what I needed to do in order to fix the problem; if I knew that I would have done it a long time ago.

Then I contacted DNJ Mortgage (Cari DeCandia). At first I thought it was going to be the same old thing, but I had nothing to lose by trying. I have to say from my very first email from Cari, I was very impressed. She took my information and within 24 hours she had emailed me back with what she had found out and what she could do. She told me what she could do, then she said “BUT” if you do this, and this I will be able to gets things better for you. Then she went into detail about how I was to complete her “TO DO” list. I was beside myself after reading this. Here was a person telling me things I needed to do in order to improve my credit and get a better rate, but she was telling me how to do it. I did not even thick twice about her “TO DO” list, I jumped right on it and went to work. She was not the first person to give me a “TO DO” list, but she was the first person to explain to me why and details on how to complete the list. That to me sealed the deal and I would not work with anyone else or go to any other company for my loans. After working on her “TO DO” list, and many of emails asking question, about a month or so later she was able to do what she said and got me a better rate and a lower payment. After she locked me in, 3 days later I was closing on my loan.

That was about 5 months ago, and to this day I hear from her by email telling me about rate changes and letting me know she still had her eye open for any loan that would help me lower my payment. Again sealing things in my mind that I will go nowhere else for any of my home loan needs, and I will and have told everyone that would listen about her and DNJ Mortgage.
